Horrible customer service

I ordered two jersey both 5xt I noticed the order said 5xb I called and tried to get the order changed within the 30 minutes. I kept getting all these auto prompts when I finally got to the actual department it wouldn't be open until the next day so how are you able to correct an order within the 30 minutes time span if there's no way to do so when I was finally able to talk to someone the next day she told me all I could do is order another one and ship the other back 400.00 on hold for something that is so simple to fix to make matters worse after 3 days I received and email saying it is now out of stock and the don't know when it will be back in now I've paid for something twice and have to wait the business days to get the money back not as fast as it was taken no one even tried offer as much as an apology horrible customer service and you expect people to spend money with you
