Fraudulent ACTIVITY

I never ordered this item. My account was hacked and someone charged over $2000 to my account. I was told it was an inside job because when you order online, Macy's associates have access to all of your information. When I called the Sheriff's department to report it, they said all of the items were being shipped to a Warehouse where the Macy's associate has a code name on the packages and the person at the warehouse grabs the items ordered. I have been waiting for 2 billing cycles for the fraudulent items purchased without my permission to be zeroed out. Be careful when ordering online. My family has shopped with Macy's and their affiliates and never had this kind of stress with fraudulent activity on their account. I have been so stressed out that after decades of having a Macy's or affiliate account, I may not do business with Macy's as this has been a really horrible experience. The ineptitude of the associates in shipping and credit departments has been escalated to heights that I cannot even fathom if they were my employees.
