Macys .. shame on you.

I bought the jacket on-line in September to give to my son who lives in Colorado. As a Ga Bulldog present for him . He flew into Ga to visit and go to a Georgia game the end of October. He opened the present and it had a huge flaw on the front.. like extra gathered material .Because it was past 30 days to return it .. and they were dealing with a 3d party. They would not send me a replacement or issue me a credit. I had zero idea when I ordered on line it was not a complete Macys order. Been shopping at Davisons/Macy's for over 50 years. Bad bad business. Jacket was 90.00.
