Very disappointed

I was so excited to get a new spinner.. When I opened the package... I was so disappointed with the painting of it... there were drops of blue paint on the white and it did not look good.. It actually needed a second coat of paint on a lot of it.. Am returning this item because I am not spending this kind of money to have to redo the whole thing....
