Broken clasp

Beautiful and shiny bracelet but it arrived with a broken clasp. Couldn't even close, it wouldn't snap shut. Bought it for my fiance's birthday. Waited all that time to receive it and still ended up empty-handed. Had to return it. Read about the same problem on another review. Wonder if I was sent their broken bracelet from the seller as this was the last one...who knows. Smh.

Disappointed

This is a beautiful Bracelet, however the clasp is missing the closing link. seems like this Bracelet was never tested after manufacturing

Disappointed

It is a beautiful bracelet. Unfortunately, it useless because the clasp won't stay closed at all, and now I'm left scrambling to find another gift in person because there's not enough time to order another bracelet online and taking the risk that it may or may not arrive before Christmas or getting another bracelet that won't stay closed.

Defective bracelet

This is a letter I recently wrote to Macy's. I have a sad story to tell. I recently purchased a defective bracelet from Macys, and I should not have worn it. The clasp never worked properly from the moment I put it on. I should not have worn it, but it was too cool looking, and temptation got the best of me. It must have fallen off. I’ve looked everywhere, I’ve deemed it gone. I know it’s my fault for wearing it. Out of the box it was defective, I was going to take it to my jeweler next week. I probably should have just sent it back to Macy’s. Can you help? I know it is just circumstantial evidence on my part but trust me, I wouldn’t take the time to write this if I didn’t feel convicted about this. This is all I can afford so I guess you get what you pay for. I do not want a refund or a discount, just a replacement. This is all about Macy’s customer service, I hope they (you) shine!
