Narrow and not as advertised

The shoe advertisement is incorrect it pictured an almost white or off white shoe, but I Received a Hawaiian print shoe. Noticed later that the description says tropical print, but that is not what is pictured. Also this show was advertised as available in wide...ordered the 10W. This is in no way a wide shoe...very narrow.
