WRONG SIZE SENT 4 TIMES

I ordered these literally 4 times...Ordered a size 8. I always received a box marked 8 but got a 6.5 , 7, 9 and finally 7.5 even after being reassured they would tell teller to check contents. I am 25 minutes away from Macy's and drove there 3 times. I gave up and they sold out. I never did get my 8 and customer service never was able to do anything for me besides reorder (wrong sizes)
