[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 of these for Christmas gifts as I have always loved them. One of the two was opened, the box had old yellowed scotch tape on it and the candle was used. I called the 800 number, they quickly made it right and said another would be sent out and I am to mail the used one back. It is December 22 and I am still waiting for the other candle to arrive. The person I was giving it to was at my house yesterday. I had to give her something I had in my house meant for someone else.
