Very disapointed. I received a box that was not package correctly and even though it said Olive branch gold candle inside it was calla lilly candle which i already had received nicely packaged. So i will be returning this order. Please check before sending

Nice candle

I love my purchase but your store in North Point PKWY in Alpharetta GA has become so unorganized and under level that it took me awhile to find the right box for this candle. Every single Michael Aram item was out of the box and spread all over the place. If I wasn’t looking for a gift for a friend I wouldn’t bother looking. Macy’s is not a very attractive place to shop these days.

The perfect hosting/housewarming gift

Got this as a gift for a good friend who just renovated her beautiful new home and has black and gold accents. This candle goes very well with her decor and smells incredible!

Disappointed

I wrote a detailed review the same day I received this product but it seems it was not posted. As the system said it will be posted within 2 days but I don’t see my review after a week now. Shortly I received this item in miserable condition without a box and the candle slips out of the glass. The cover was very dirty, I returned it the same day I received it as customer service refused to substitute this item with different style of the same set since it is not the same product. Once I returned it to the store they marked it as damaged. I still don’t know how Macys sent me a damaged item. I was forced to purchase an expensive substitute for this as I was planning to gift it for someone who appreciate Arams work. Because all the sales were gone already by the time I received this. It was very disappointing experience.
