Short battery life

I like the look and colour but the battery life is really short. I have to charge everyday.

Came already opened

I'll update this when I get a chance to see if it actually works, but so far in just unboxing it, the box has been opened, has multiple scuff parks on it ( inside the shipping packaging so not done in transit. The watch itself was not on the watch holder in the box but just put inside beside it. The charger is dirty and wire showing in one place. Super unhappy.

not worth the money

his watch has never functioned as it should. Sync problems every day since day one. I contact support, Fossil gets involved, and no one ever follows up. M<y warranty is over now, and watch is worse than ever. DO NOT PURCHASE Youi Will BE SUpER SAD

Strap sucks

The watch is nice bought for my husband.. however 2 weeks of wearing strap tore. Got a replacement sent and know literally two of wearing again strap is broken. Is there another kind of strap then this rubber one because I am not teying to by a third one jyst for it to tear again

Watch got extremely hot and then died

It’s a pretty watch. I was gifted the watch for Christmas and it only lasted till 1/16/2023. I wore it that day and it went low on battery and turned off. I put it on its charger and it got extremely hot and died.

I have had mine for a couple of years and have just started having the same problem. The watch is over heating and keeps turning off and on. I am having trouble finding any troubleshooting ideas.

Same situation for me received for Xmas died less than 2 weeks . Got hot acted like battery was low charged then went back to screen with Michael kors flashing. I took to outlet store they gave me a number to call for repair that would cost me. Michael kors outlet with receipt would not replace nor exchange. But receipt said you could do either if was returned before 1/30/23 poor customer service and bad quality watch don't buy.
