Bad watch sold me

I have been shopping in Macy's for over 25 years. I consider myself that I'm a loyal customer of Macy's Store. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was a really bad experience. I bought a "Michael Kors Men's Blake Three-Hand Date Gold-Tone Stainless Steel Watch 42mm". I didn't open the box for almost 2 weeks for my daily work activities. After I open the box I realize that unlock battery, but watch was running. Then I share this thing with my wife that this watch must be returned from another customer. I start using it, I thought as long as it's working, it's ok to keep it. It's been a month my watch was stopped twice, once was running slow, calendar stopped twice, etc. I just logged into my Macy's account for return, realize that return window was expired 2 weeks ago.

Nice but late!
