DOA

It is a nice watch, it did however arrive with a dead battery. I went to make an exchange in person and my local Macy's doesn't carry this brand in store. They did however send me to a watch repair shop within the mall for a new battery and they reimbursed me upon showing the receipt. It was a an extra hassle, but it was remedied. Hopefully my husband loves it!
