Very Classy!

I bought this a few months ago for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loves it! It looks very sophisticated and is the perfect messenger to take to work.

Item Damaged

I recently purchased this item as a gift for my husband. After receiving it, there was white powder like substance smudged on bottom of the bag and also when you open the bag. The tags were off, looked like someone used it, returned it and I was the unfortunate person who was embarrassed as my husband opened his bday present.

Could have been awesome

I ordered and received, today, the Micaehl Kors Men's Odin Resina Large Messenger Bag. I was shocked to see when I opened that box that there was absolutely no packing material. Just the item in a clear plastic bag sitting in the box. Upon removing the plastic bag from the item it was painfully obvious that no care in packaging had been taken with this item. Large and very visible gouges and marks in the leather that I am convinced occurred, most likely, prior to packaging were visible to my co-workers seated across the room. The logo is not what I was told it would be either. The logo on the bag is represented in 2 different ways for the same item on the web site. Very disappointed. As soon as I get off work I will be driving this to my local Macy's store for a refund. I called customer service in the hopes I could arrange an exchange there but the girl on the phone sounded as though she barely had a grasp on the English language, let alone the ability to handle a return /re order of the item. As a long time Macy's customer I have to say that packaging and shipping seem to be suffering as of late with regard to my ordered items via the Macys.com website. Now having to second guess the purchase of this item as I fear its replacement could arrive in similar condition if this is new Macy's standard. I selected that I would recommend the product based only on the fact that if not damaged or it had the Logo I was told it would have, the bag was what I had hoped for.
