Message to Macy's (not a review)

I did not receive this online-ordered item. After a stressful evening on the phone with robots and customer representatives, I thought Macy's understood that it sent me instead a pair of pants of a different brand and size, which I have returned, using the UPS label they kindly emailed. The return was acknowledged yesterday. I would still like to receive this sport coat in the size I ordered (which apparently is no longer available), so I am grateful for this opportunity to send a written message to Macys, since other avenues of communication have not worked. Macy's, please do contact me so that we can clarify this situation via a representative who is authorized to send me a personal confirmation email.
