Horrible Customer service

Macy’s really needs to look up the definition of customer service. Not only the representative the supervisors. Or better yet maybe Macys should take a look at their policies. But your supervisor Jojo failed to uphold what he verbally told me he was going to do to assist my situation. So busy reading a script and failing to have w resolution the worst experience

Didn't match expectations but return was smooth

Too loose and color didn't match the photos on site. Had to return. Returning had lots of options and process was smooth. That's why I have three stars
