I'm giving the perfume a 5/5 stars but Macy's gets a 2/5 and UPS gets a zero. My order showed up on my porch completely smashed. The box had been put on my porch and the driver took a picture of the stairs leading up to my front door, completely missing the box on purpose!!! My perfume bottle was cracked and my free gift of a Michael Kors purse/bag was ruined from the perfume. I spent 48 minutes on hold with UPS only to be told I had wasted my time trying to resolve it through them because all they would do is reimburse Macy's for my order??? What kind of company does this to another company's client?? What kind of company uses a delivery company who doesn't seek to find out who screwed up?? So reluctantly I attempted to reach someone at Macy's.... I was told to call back later.??? I won't buy anything from them ever again!!
