Terrible Shipping

We order the watch on Dec 15,2023 as Xtmas gift. The package was lost, today Jan 5th is the last day of in transit waiting. We opened the inquiry at Macys, got response but it doesn’t replaced the Xtmas spirit gift. Update: we got a refund, ordered again same watch and delivered on Friday Jan 12/2024. No gifting wrapping offered and or available. Stressful process. Hard to forget.
