Dead on Arrival

Received second watch with a dead battery. The first watch became damaged after trying to reset the date. Also just so everybody knows MICHAEL KORS DOES NOT DO EXCHANGES! Only returns for a refund and new purchase. Stupid I know.

I ordered it off the website and it doesn't work

I ordered the watch off the michael kors website and got it engraved for a friend as a present. The watch doesn't work though, none of the hands move. The battery is most likely just dead but I have to send it back to them and it's going to take 6 weeks to repair. You would think they would check to make sure the watch actually works before they send it
