Arrived with a dead watch battery

Purchased this watch on line. It’s a beautiful watch. But when it arrived it wouldn’t run for more than an hour then it would stop. I went into Macy’s in Concord and talked to the sale associate. My options were to call New York Macy’s to purchase a replacement at the current price (I bought this watch on line on sale) or they could give me a 20% off coupon to replace the watch battery. One would think Macy’s would do a better job in supporting items that they sell. Imagine buying a new watch and having to pay to replace the battery right away. The sale associate was great, it’s Macy’s options that are lacking.
