Amazing comfortable boots

These boots are so beautiful and easy to style with fall outfits!! Super comfortable even though they have a heel and have a lot of support for your feet. Have worn a few times and can tell that they will be durable and last for a long time! I’d say they run slightly big so sizing down half a size might be the best choice if you’re in between.

Wrong Boot

I ordered the style listed as brown/luggage HOPING it would match the picture. What was sent to me was a LIGHT TAN hybrid boot. I noticed the mistake and alerted both Macys and Michael Kors customer service before ordering but they couldn't tell me exactly which boot I would receive. Nor could they fix the online error, so Macys essentially said I could take a gamble and hope for the pictured dark hybrid version (which is called brown/blk). I only ordered from Macys due to the sale. ***Big waste of time and effort.** Incidentally brown/blk is not available at Macys. Lovely boot. Just wish I had the dark version. Sending back.
