Pretty but poorly made

I’ve worn the band 4 times only to experience one of the pins falling out. I am not rough at all with my wear and don’t understand how it happened. Extremey disappointed because of the limited number of times I could wear and unfortunately I was outside of the 30 day return window (extremely short Window as it is). Took the watch to macys only to understand a 3 week repair turnaround with a fee. Most of my traditional watches are MK and this is a huge disappointment in quality and opportunity to rectify. Would not consider another one.
