Frustrated

Product was fine it was the process that i am upset about,. i initially ordered a watch online, then realized minutes later the product said delivery date was after xmas when on the screen it said priority shipping 2 days , so i called and the gal said it was to late the order had already been processed to change the shipping , she said i can replace the order with her and then when i receive the product to return it then try and get a refund for the amount, so i did and while looking i saw some other items i wanted to purchase so she said she could take care of it all in one call. and i would have products in 2 business days , So i did that placed the order gave her my card info, so thought my process and gifts were purchased, well i was wrong as minutes later i get an email saying my order was cancelled due to not being able to confirm information and call this number , so did that and the gal asked me two questions to confirm my order which was already given to the previous gal, and that was it, then that gal told me i had to completely re do my order as the previous one was cancelled and that i now could not get 2 day shipping and now my products would be late for xmas even though i didnt ask to cancel the 2nd order , so now my card was charged again for the third time and am now still fighting to get the charges off my card and return the additional orders that were sent , not a good experience
