Great for mom's gift!

Color and features are exactly as it appears online. No scratches when I received it. The watch is just too big for my mom's wrist, but I already talked to customer service, and the process for readjustment is not that difficult (we just have to go to a store as soon as they open after the covid crisis). Highly recommending this product!

Love the watch! But there were some problems

My watch came scratched in the mail, but I brushed it off, I figured, “it’ll get scratched eventually, no biggie,” and I was so excited about it I didn’t want to send it back and have to wait another 7 days. Then, I had to take it in to a store to get some links removed because it was too big. Left the store and within minutes the watch broke. I Called customer service and they told me they couldn’t do anything about the scratches and that I had to go into the store again to get it fixed, and again within minutes, it broke. So, I had to go back AGAIN. Finally, the watch repairer in the store was able to fix it, and it hasn’t broken again. Hopefully, it won’t. The people at the store were very helpful and sweet. I absolutely love the watch, was just disappointed with the delivery and the breaks
