Not as pictured

The watch looks very matte gold in the picture and the face is also gold in the picture but in person it is not matte and the face is not gold. It looks way cheaper in person.

Never got it

Is not about the watch, is the store. When I was about to go and pick up the watch at the store, the cashier told me that it was already picked up, Someone from the store forge my signature or gave my item to the wrong costumer. it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still going in circles with this issue.
