Runs small!

The shoes i received ran small. The box said size 8 but I have no way to confirm if that's the size I received as the shoes (strangely) don't have a size/number on them. They look smaller than what I generally wear too. Not sure if they run small or if I received the wrong size. The shoe is beautiful though.
