Consumer loyalty still exists here!

Good day. My iPhone is not working properly & it submitted my review before I had the chance to correct all my errors due to this inadequate phone. I love Macys & appreciate their dedication & loyalty to their consumers! I have not found a business comparable to Macy's products ever! In addition, Macys outstanding customer service I receive makes shopping an enjoyable experience! I am always happy with my amazing n very satisfying purchases. I've been fortunate to shop at Macys in a variety of states. I am very impressed with Macys' choice of employees and how Macys trained their employees in customer service. As a former co-owner of an IT company, I understand and believe it is vital for business to have Exceptionally trained Employees who are extremely knowledgeable, incredibly compassionate & must be able to work as a team player. Even though it is a fact Macys is a leading business, I truly feel Macys has captured the long forgotten days of customer as well as employee "loyalty."

Such a cute bag

My boyfriend got me for Christmas the Ecru/Ballet/Dark Taupe its such a beautiful purse. I get a lot of compliments. I ABSOLUTELY love it!!!!
