Sent wrong Bag

I ordered this bag and was looking forward to getting it as I have 2 others and like it as stylish and fits all my things. Well, the bag came and lo and behold, they sent me the large bag, NOT the medium size as described on the web. I was so angry and annoyed. The plastic bag it came in was large and then on the bag the bag was in, it was marked NS. How were the packers to know which size it was if wasn't marked. I was so angry at Macys for such a poor shipment and their careless packing. Now, I have to make an hour round trip to store and see if in stock. 😡😞! I hope Macys does better the next time
