Pretty purse, poor customer service

Beautiful Purse, it's a medium to large, can be carried over the wrist or across the body. The color and sheen are very pretty, almost lumescent. There are 2 outside pockets that are very difficult to use since the cross body strap is in the way, for that reason I gave it 4 stars. Additionally, the day after I bought this purse, it went on sale, it would have been a $17 difference. I called customer service but they said they couldn't refund me the difference since I bought it in the store. The next day, I went to the store to obtain a refund but I was told they couldn't give me a refund because it was a one day sale and it was over even with the screen shot of the discounted price.
