Shipped Defective

Unfortunately the item was shipped defective. And it was not discovered until after it was gifted to my friend that has it in Dubai

So happy with my purchase, lovely soft leather, just the right size just elegant and practical. Got it on sale which always make it better, I got it in black.

Not What the Picture Shows

Not What the Picture Shows. Just as another customer mentioned, there is a cheap plastic covering making up the body of the bag. The top and bottom leather seem more like pleather. Returned it and went with another MK bag (same as my old one in black, this time in the luggage color.) The new bag will be smaller as a medium and cost more, but easier to handle and a far better crafted feeling.

Poor quality

I was disappointed in the quality of this tote. The size and color were perfect, but the bag itself was very flimsy and the material felt more like plastic than leather. I returned it. Not worth the price, even on sale.
