    Purchased black medium Zipper is very tough to use and magnets do not always stay. Love the handles very comfortable. Wish it was just a bit smaller. Medium size bags are always a bit larger than you would expect. Overall I would recommend this bag

    Macy's CS is not reasonable.

    Love the product, it is Macy's service that was horrible. I paid to expedite, but they ignored it and sent it 5 days late. Then gave me a hard time about refunding the expedite shipping I paid for.
