disappointed

I bought this bag for a trip in April, used it twice and the ring that holds the handle broke off. I have several Michael Kors bags and this is the 1st time I've been disappointed.

Broke after 1 month

I’ve been buying Michael Korda bags for years. I’ve always loved them, but this bag isn’t like the others. The chain broke after 1 month of use

It's a lot of purse

This is a nice purse but it's not big enough to be called a tote. For a normal everyday purse it's too big for my purposes. My strap broke after several weeks of normal use so I'm going to return it for a Coach which will last forever.

Love it but strap broke in two months!

I love this bag. It's got great space and looks great, but my strap broke after just 2 months. A small pin that holds the strap to the bag fell off leaving one strap loose. I've owned MANY Michael Kors bags before and some are still looking great after several years. I will contact Macy's about obtaining either a replacement or a refund. Buyer Beware...

I have ordered Michael Kors totes before, but none has been as heavy as this one. I had to return it.

But sad to say it was big for my preference I’m petite so no no but would perfect for average tall women.
