Zippers are hard to open; rear pockets too small

The zippers are under two layers of stiff leather. They are hard to open and shut. The rear pocket is too small for my iPhone 13 max. I have to return it and I'm sad because it is so cute!. I liked the small size, yet it was big enough for my wallet. But being functional is more important than being cute

Gorgeous Backpack terrible design

I was so excited to get this mini backpack. Loved the color loved the size but the zippers are impossible!! There is no way you can open this zippers with one hand you need to hold the entire bag almost hug it to be able to open the zippers. It’s so aggravating it takes away the beauty of the bag. I love the chain accent and the color is beautiful it’s like a cherry red love it! Sadly I will be returning it.

No cloth protection bag.

I received my package and I have to things that I’m disappointed about . One it’s not the color I thought. (Brown) its an olive color, and it doesn’t come with a cloth MKprotection bag.

Disappointed

I got the pale blue and it was really cute. Unfortunately it was useless for me. Getting into it was hard getting out of it was hard. The zipper would get stuck all the time. It was definitely a hard decision for me to make and ended up returning it.

Perfect

I got this backpack for Christmas and I'm im love, it is the perfect size not to big nor to small. I can carry everything I need.
