Bad Quality

I like the style and size of the tote bag, but the straps are very thin, it makes it hard to keep them on your shoulders, the bag is a pain to carry, it's cheaply made, it is very stiff, it feels like plastic and it looks and feels like a bag you would buy at Ross. Unfortunately, it's too late for me to return, and now I'm stuck with it. I think I'm done and over with Michael Kors handbags.

this is the first Michael Kors purse I purchased that was not a good quality

The inside pocket of this tote fell apart within one week of use, definitely not abuse

This purse is great.

the quality of the purse is better than other good quality purses and Michal course last longer than other leather purses.
