Returned this item on Dec 20th

I returned 2 of these items on 12/20/2025 at UPS, but only 1 was credited to my account. I can't seem to get anyone on the phone that knows anything or can help me. I can't access the acct on line because that don't work either. The order online has been messed up from the start and at this point Macy's owes me money, but I am not finished with this. I will turn it over to consumer affairs for investigation before I will be cheated out of my money.

Super stylish handbag

This Michael Kors handbag is gorgeous! I purchased the deep red color and I'm so pleased with it. The first thing that hit me when I unboxed it was the wonderful leather smell! It's made so well and has really convenient pockets on the outside as well as the inside. The only thing that would have made this bag perfect would be if the bag was another 2 or 3 inches wider.
