Quality is awful

Very very letdown in the quality upset that it was last act. I would have returned it very dissatisfied.

MICHAEL Michael Kors Ruby Large Top Zip Leather

The bag is beautiful, my daughter loves the tan color. I didn't appreciate the bag wasn't packaged as MK bags usually are, it was inside a shipping box not wrapped at all and it was dirty on the bottom. That left a bad image for me knowing it has been kicked around on a clearance table.

Too Small

Definitely too small for a laptop, which is why I bought it. The laptop would fit, but but nothng else. The corners were hard and I found that that when I bumped into people with it, they were not happy.
