Disappointed

I recently ordered a Michael Kors bag from Macy’s website, and I am extremely disappointed with how it was shipped and the condition it arrived in. The bag did not come in its original Michael Kors packaging, which I expected when purchasing a brand-new designer item. Instead, it was placed loosely inside a plain Macy’s box with no protective wrapping. To make matters worse, the bag had noticeable marks and scuffs on the bottom, making it look like it was the display piece from the store rather than a new item. This is unacceptable for a premium brand purchase and far below the quality I expect from Macy’s. I trusted Macy’s for a luxury experience, but this felt careless and unprofessional. I hope Macy’s takes better measures to ensure products are properly packaged and truly new when sold online.
