Straps too long

Bag arrived today and so disappointed that the straps are way too long. Couldn't shorten to the right length because of how they're made so the backpack part tips over on my back in a weird position. The bag itself is very cute and sturdy, perfect size.

Disappointed with the backpack straps. The adjustable length just dangles and doesn’t look polished.

1 year later still love it

I've had this bag for about a year now and it goes with every outfit, still get tons of compliments too. I only wish that it was slightly larger so my MK wallet would fit inside better.

I ordered this bag in store last week, received it today, noticed some scuffs on the leather and scratches on the metal hardware, it was poorly wrapped, obviously an used item, will be returning it.

Pretty long straps

Pretty bag & good leather....but the straps are so long. I am not sure how to fix that. I am still keeping the bag because it's very pretty.
