disappointed

I order this and I got to the store to pick it up was not there. they cutting find it I expect over 30 min for the associate to look in the system to see where it was. they came out with the conclusion that was not added with the rest of the oder on the box. they end up giving me a refund. I was very excited about this bag and to wait for 2 week and not have it very disappointed. not the first time Macys mess with my order. Do not put item available when the NOT please. hope someone sees this review
