Online order came misshapen

I ordered online and my product came deformed in shape on the side panel. It's a nice handbag, but since the side panels stick out unevenly (I cant figure out if it was stored improperly before being sold or if its a craftsmanship error) it looks older than brand new being only used twice. I've used it twice and I'm not sure how many times I'll use it again. It would have made a great staple bag since the leather is soft and, if not misshapen, would have a clean and classic shape.

Purse ok, clasp is horrible

The purse itself is nice but the clasp is horrible. I have to use both my hands to open & close it even then it’s still tricky. Had I had the opportunity to try it before buying it I wouldn’t have bought it. I also find that the material marks easily. Overall not happy.

Elegant & Timeless

Love the bag and the structure. I was disappointed with how the bag arrived with no outer cardboard around the lock or tissue paper on the outside, also no foam wrapping around the handle or connecting strap, but still overall arrived in good condition. A few surface marks that were easily rubbed out with leather moisturizer. I will say that for those having issues with the lock if you notice the small silver block in the middle of latch section, squeeze the sides to disengage the lock before pressing it closed.

About that clasp ...

Had the same problem with the clasp not shutting. Recently, I found out if I squeezed the knobs of the clasp together before closing, it works fine. Must be the springs getting stuck. Otherwise I love this purse and found the light grey version does not get water stains as easily as expected. Love the minimalist aesthetic.

Love the color

I ordered this in the tri-color Oxblood and just love it. The only issue I've had with it is sometimes my latch won't close, it takes a few tries but overall I love the feel of the leather and the roominess.
