Love this coat!

I bought this jacket because it's versatile! It's classic look can "dress up" a pair of jeans & a sweater or can be worn with dress clothes. It's not too heavy, but it will keep you warm! Last I looked it was on sale & it's totally worth it!

Love the color and gold buttons

This coat is a classic. Can be dressed up or down with jeans. My fav go to daily wear for work. Wanted black but only chocolate available and I’m so happy with it. Material is nice and gold buttons add a classic touch. My only negative is it took so long to get it. The arrival dates Macy gives are seldom honored. For that I took away a star. Both by mail or ship to store often takes weeks instead of days that they give. Due to that I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Macys again only shopping in store.

Beautiful coat for a mild, winter day.

Sometimes you need a coat dressier than a puffy coat. I live in a cold climate and hooded, warm coats are a necessity. This coat is great for milder cold temp days when frostbite is not an issue! It has a nice cut and fits perfect to dress up an outfit. It is a great addition to my ever-growing coat closet. I ordered a medium and it fit true to size.

It looks like they sent me a coat that was probably returned to them. It was rolled up in plastic and shipped in a bag instead in a box with the hanger. It had alot of hair on the coat and so I used the lint roller and to my surprise, more hair. 😝

Merchandise delay

Delayed package. Macy’s is notorious for delaying customers packages. When you contact the customer service department, they have no clue how to communicate with customers. I will never shop at Macy’s again. Poor customer service.
