Absolutely atrocious!!!!!!

I received a pair of shoes that I did not order in the box of the ones I did order. These were supposed to be a deep red curved heal MICHAEL KORS pointy toed shoes. Instead inside the box I found an old worn pair of shoes. It was horrible. I am returning these. What is happening to Macy’s I am so disappointed. I am returning these to the store tomorrow.

This item was received scratched and damaged. I can’t return the item and wish I could have it replaced. Don’t believe this is fair.

Cute Shoe

This is a very cute shoe. The heel is nog too high, and they look good on. However, it was hard to walk in them with hose on, my foot would walk out of them, like they suddenly became too big. Debating on if I should return them.
