Call customer service never got fixed

I never received my item, called customer service they assured me they would fix it and mail my shoes. Instead, I received a refund gift card. I would preferred my money since I never shop at Macy’s.

Poorly constructed shoe

These shoes are very stiff and narrow. The stitching under the top of these shoes rubbed and hurt the top of my feet. Loved the look but I’m returning them.

Poor quality

Leather came off way too fast on the front of the shoe. It’s my second pair and the same thing happened to both! Not what I expected for the price I paid
