Great boots, great value

My wife loves the rain boots. The price was very affordable. They arrived on time. The only issue was they arrived with spots on them. Nothing a little soap and water couldn't fix.

Horrified at the condition of “new” boots

I wish I could add pictures. MK sent me these boots that were clearly worn, dirty and the material was ripped or worn from the tongue. There was a chunk of human hair and rocks in the tread of the boot. When I contacted them, they said I could return them. So now I have to drive to a UPS store because they don’t have quality control. They didn’t offer any type gift card, or anything to make it right. They should have provided a refund and sent a replacement. I will never order from them again.
