Zipper issue

Love this coat. It’s stylish and comfy. However the zipper keeps getting stuck. Hoping it will glide without getting stuck the more I use it

Warm coat, erratic zippers.

Lovely coat and functional in every respect for a cold climate. My only caveat, and this pertains to all coats, even ones under a designer label: the zippers are often difficult, getting caught on the inside material. I have had 4 coats now, all designer coats, made in China and have had to replace the zipper because of difficulty becoming stuck.

Poor Quality and Service

Poor quality, stains on the fabric and Macys customer service is terrible. Clearly this coat was previously used. Never buy anything from Macys!

Awesome coat! Very well-made!

Love this winter coat!! Very well-made for harsh winter weather! It is not very heavy and the thickness is just right. I wish I bought another to give to my mom or sister! I will definitely be on the lookout for this item again! Ideal gift for folks who lives in the northern region. Well worth buying!

feathers falling out

from when i received it until now (like a month) my coat has been losing feathers. i will see about having a tailor fix it if possible. they come from the sleeves and the body part. both the front and back. it is very warm and pleasing to the eye but i worry the feather loss will affect the warmth sooner than later.
