Not what I expected THUMBS DOWN!

I had a Miele for over 20 years that worked brilliantly. In replacing it, I thought that having bagless unit would be a great money saver. But it is so much trouble. I've had to take it apart twice and wash everything. It plugs up and the dog hair won't drop into the reservoir. I'm seriously thinking of returning it.

Wonderful suction, easy glide

Updated from a much older Miele. I was so happy with the stronger suction, much easier wheel glide and not having to purchase bags, I purchased a second for a vacation home.

Not a great item

I bought this not too long ago and it is probably the worst Miele vacuum I have ever purchased and I have owned three. My first was my favorite because it was so quiet and worked so well until someone used it to vacuum up water. I have no idea why. ZI purchased another that was the compact one and it was louder and someone pulled the hose off, again I don't know why. I purchased the bagless one and I absolutely can not stand it. its big and cumbersome and never seems to be clean.
