Gorgeous glasses and great customer service

I purchased 6 boxes of the Mikasa Party Set 4 Flute Glasses as a festive display in my back bar. These champagne glasses are gorgeous and sparkling. They will really shine with LED lighting and a mirror back. Unfortunately one glass came broken. Customer service could not have been more gracious and is sending me a replacement. I am impressed by the quality of the product and the customer service experience.

Cute, but poorly made

We received the stemless wine glasses as a wedding present and loved them initially. They are super functional and fun! Unfortunately, even after hand washing for less than a year, the cute gold decoration is wearing off. They look super cheap now and I would be embarrassed to serve a guest with these glasses. Save your money.

Product is inconsistent with other "Cheers" glassware.

I already had what I thought was coordinating "Gold Cheers" stemware,and I expected this "Platinum/Gold Cheers" set of wine glasses to be a fun addition. They are not. The decorative portion is thinner than my earlier glasses, and each glass has either gold or platinum, not both as I thought when I ordered. I'm keeping them because of the 2 golds, but even those don't really fit in with my earlier "Gold Cheers" purchase.
