the clutch won't stay closed

The clutch has three magnetic dots that are supposed to keep the purse closed -they do not work. The clutch is not as pictured. In the picture it looks like a gold chain connects both side but the purse actually has clear plastic on both sides that seems to be attached with two sided tape. This product is not worth the price.
