Patience needed for assembly

The chairs are sturdy and the main frame is a solid hardwood. They are heavy and I think they will hold up for years. The chair pads are comfy enough for me and my family. My husband weighs 187 lbs and the chairs support his body weight without creaking. Overall, I give the quality a 5/5. However, the chairs get marked down for assembly. The bolts are attached to the chairs using an Allen wrench. The location of the holes makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get a full revolution. I could only get about 1/8 of a full revolution. As you might imagine, it took quite some time to get all the bolts tightened. Also, there is no demarcation on the chair pad to show where it should be attached on the chair. I had to use my trusty ruler to measure the amount of overhang on each side of the chair. I ordered four chairs, but after assembling two, my husband and I decided that to take a break for the night least our marriage might suffer from the frustration of building chairs.
