I bought this pallet and it didn't arrive but the email said delivered, I called and said they would send it to me again but it never arrived and I called back and they would refund my money but they never sent it I tried to call again but they always said that I have to wait 3 hours

Do not buy

Do not buy. This is a cute little case with a nice variety of colors. Bought them for my granddaughters and they both broke out on their faces and eyes from the product. Stay away from this.

Drawer is not secure

I am very happy with this purchase except for the fact the drawer which holds the small bushes does not close securely. The drawer keeps opening when I store the item and the brushes fall out

Bad Design

I got this as a present. I inspected it before wrapping. The case opens well. However the case does not close easily and when it does close, all the powder jumps out from the plastic container and spills all over your floor. Also happens with another Macy's makeup kit.

Broken Case

Bought this for my daughter as a gift. She unwrapped it & the case is completely broken!! What a disappointment!! :-(
