Never received

Macys needs to remove this seller from the site. I ordered the necklace online and received tracking info however it never moved. Never received the necklace. I contacted the seller multiple times. Ended up getting a refund. This seller is terrible and I see other shoppers never received their order as well.

Lovely & Dainty Necklace

Lovely necklace. It did arrive in a reasonable amount of time, despite the other bad reviews which made me nervous, and it came in very nice packaging. It's delicate, which I wanted, but don't be surprised if you're not looking for a dainty necklace. My only complaints are that I wish it was on a shorter chain as I hoped it would land in the hollow of my collarbone and it's hard to attach the clasp to the loop as it's on the small side as mentioned above. It does still land in a nice place on my neck/chest though. But it's very pretty and I hope to see it hold up well in the years to come. I expect it to wear frequently.

Never received item. Macy’s and myself, reached out to seller (not Macy’s), they never responded. Macy’s customer service was amazing in getting a refund and following through on the order .
